Nurture Care offers one and two-hour virtual initial consultation appointments* for 245D, Adult Day Services, Community First Services and Supports (CFSS), Adult Foster Care, and other Home and Community Based Services. We are not currently taking on any new customers where Nurture Care serves as the Designated Coordinator or Designated Manager for the organization.

At this time, we DO NOT provide consultation for Comprehensive Home Care, Assisted Living, Residential Mental Health Treatment, or ARMHS.

Rates

Our rates for consultation are $120.00/hour for program consulting and $150.00/hour for finance, director, and executive consulting. Initial consultation appointments with new customers are for up to one or two hours. The first meeting’s fee is paid when you book your consultation appointment, and ongoing consulting and support will be billed at current rates.

Effective February 1, 2025: Rate for consultation will be $130.00/hour for program consulting and $160.00/hour for finance, director, and executive consulting.

Any further remote consultation (via phone, email, virtual meeting, on your behalf, etc.) is not subject to a minimum. If we do in-person consultation, there may be a minimum number of hours. Consultation at your site will incur a $0.55 per mile mileage charge and may also include an overnight charge depending on the distance and time of your meeting.

We never charge a percentage of your waiver funds, and you only pay for what you use. You choose how many hours you want to budget or how much support you would like us to provide.
