Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Nurture Care is hiring people who want to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
The people we support live and work throughout the metro area and count on others like you for help with their daily routines and activities. We have a variety of full and part-time shifts available, including daytime, evenings, overnights, and weekends. The hours vary depending on the location. We’ll work to find a shift that matches your needs!

Starting wage is $17.00 with tiered increases depending on the number of hours worked.

At Nurture Care, we train people just like you to support others. Once training is completed (typically done in one week), you will be scheduled to work with people in their homes or at their place of work as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). You will have the ability to work at multiple locations, meet and support many people, and make great connections. We hold weekly orientations, and we are excited to get you started in this rewarding field.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
Must be able to pass a DHS background study
